COMPLETE BASE CAMP SERVICES

Full base camp services. Includes:

  • Full board during the approach (2 days) and base camps Plaza Argentina or Plaza de Mulas (5 days).
  • Breakfast, lunch/box lunch, snacks, and dinner; drinking water provided; equipment storage space; access to extended weather forecasts; use of dry toilets. Electrical charging station for devices.
  • Wifi and showers available.
  • Supplementary oxygen for emergencies, available at Campo II de Guanacos, Nido de Cóndores, and Berlín (charged if used).
  • Management and transfer of trash from base camps outside the park.

Upgrade your experience

  • Double domes US$80 per day Confluencia.
  • Double dome US$140 per day PM or PA Base Camp.
MULES
  • Mule transportation to and from the base camps (Max. 35 kg per person, round trip. Includes intermediate camps).
  • For Route 360, this includes the transfer of 7 kg per person from Plaza Argentina to Plaza de Mulas.
PERMIT
  • Assistance in obtaining the climbing permit with discount (permit fee not included).
ALL GROUND TRANSFERS

In private vehicles. Includes:

  • One transfer Airport-Mza.
  • One transfer Mendoza-Horcones and Horcones-Mendoza.
  • All the above-mentioned sections are per expedition group. (consult private airport transfer IN/OUT rate).
  • Ask for private transfer from Hotel to Airport for $35.
LODGING IN MENDOZA AND PUENTE DEL INCA
  • Two nights Hotel NH Cordillera accommodation in Mendoza (4 star hotel, double occupancy), with breakfast.
  • One night accommodation in Puente del Inca (Inca Ranch domes, double occupancy). With dinner (drinks not included) and breakfast.

Upgrade your experience

  • UPGRADE TO DIPLOMATIC Hotel 5* $70 per room per day.
  • SINGLE DOME Puente de Inca Ranch $ 180.

Extra Services

  • Toilets at high camps with management of human garbage $150 per person.
  • Tent for the whole expedition - 1 tent every 2 participants. Delivered in each high camp $300.

RESERVATIONS TO FREEZE PRICES AND AVOID INCREASES MUST PAY 50%.

Services not included
  • Guides: Guides or Assistants will pay 50% of the logistics fee.
  • Permit Fee
  • Personal and mountain equipment.
  • Costs for evacuation (not included: helicopter, mules, extra hotel nights, transport, etc., see extra cost). Evacuation, medical expenses and helicopter rescue are to be covered by a mandatory insurance policy.
  • O2 in case of emergency.
  • Personal or private porters.
  • Single occupancy accommodation
  • Tips, laundry or additional expenses that are not included-in the services

We are not liable for any expenses resulting from closure of the Park, sections of the Park or any other event outside of our control. Although rare, almost any significant event of this nature will inevitably incur a significant cost to our company. Discounts are not possible even if your required services are reduced as a result. If the event in question results in a significant increase in the services you require, this will be added to your bill.
